Warehouse Responsibilities
Tasks
Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products Pack and unpack goods Sort, crate and stack goods Install, lash and secure goods Store cargo and materials Transport and distribute materials and goods Organize and maintain inventory Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems Perform front desk duties Operate forklift Ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity and comfort Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards Pack items for shipping and distribution Experience and specialization
