The City of Hamilton is seeking a Municipal Prosecutor to conduct prosecutions and appeals in the Ontario Court of Justice under provincial statutes, federal statutes and municipal by-laws, reporting to the Supervisor of Municipal Prosecutions.
You will evaluate charges, perform pre-trial work, present arguments, advise law enforcement and ensure compliance with POA standards, with opportunities for skilled growth and travel within the municipality.
