Be a key contributor to youth development at the Boys and Girls Club South East as a Program Coordinator. This role blends program delivery with coordination, focusing on engagement and safety for children and youth.
As the Program Coordinator, you will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of recreational and educational programs for children aged 4–18. You will work collaboratively with staff and families to promote positive experiences that adhere to organizational standards and community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a variety of age-appropriate programs
• Create secure and inclusive program spaces
• Supervise participants and maintain ratios
• Assist in developing lesson plans aligned with standards
• Coordinate community outreach and special events
Requirements:
• Background in education, recreation, or related fields
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Post-secondary education is advantageous
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Up-to-date Criminal Record Check mandatory
