As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with department leaders, understanding their staffing requirements and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to meet their needs. Your role includes managing complex recruitment processes and ensuring that best practices are applied consistently across all hiring initiatives. With a solid business acumen, you will provide insights into staffing decisions, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the County's talent acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Partner with leaders to create effective recruitment strategies • Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruiting processes • Deliver coaching on hiring practices and staffing guidelines • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment tools

Requirements: • Degree in business or human resources-related field • At least three years directly related recruitment experience • Skilled in structured interviewing and assessment • Ability to manage diverse recruitment portfolios • Strong analytical and communication skills
