• Manage relationships with major donors and family foundations • Advocate for gifts starting at $10,000 • Identify high-value fundraising prospects annually • Create tailored proposals addressing urgent needs • Lead stewardship plans for high-value donors

Requirements: • Minimum of 5-7 years in major gift fundraising • Proven ability to build robust donor relationships • Familiarity with CRM tools like Raiser’s Edge • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • A valid driver’s license is required
