KeyResponsibilities:

- Performvenipuncturesandotherbloodcollectionprocedureswithprecisionandcare.
- Ensureaccuratelabelingandhandlingofspecimenstomaintainintegrity.
- Maintainacleanandorganizedworkspace,adheringtosafetyandinfectioncontrolprotocols.
- Communicateeffectivelywithpatientstoalleviateconcernsandprovideclearinstructions.
- Collaboratewithhealthcareprofessionalstosupportpatientcareandlaboratoryoperations.
- Documentandinputpatientinformationaccuratelyintothehospital'sdatabase.





Requirements/Qualifications:

- Completionofarecognizedphlebotomytrainingprogramorequivalentexperience.
- CertificationasaPhlebotomyTechnicianispreferred.
- Stronginterpersonalskillswithafocusonpatient-centeredcare.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateaminafast-pacedenvironment.
- Excellentorganizationalskillsandattentiontodetail.
- Proficiencyinusinglaboratoryinformationsystemsisanasset.

Compensation:

$30.84-$35.15perhour,commensuratewithexperienceandqualifications.
