About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Public Relations Manager to lead their communications efforts in Kimberley . This senior role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies that elevate brand awareness, manage reputation, and drive engagement with key audiences. You will oversee media relations, crisis communications, and content creation, ensuring a cohesive and powerful brand narrative. Develop and execute strategic public relations plans to meet organizational objectives. Lead media relations efforts, building and maintaining robust relationships with journalists and influencers. Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, speeches, and other communication materials. Manage crisis communications, developing response plans and mitigating negative publicity. Direct social media strategy and digital PR campaigns to enhance online presence.



Measure and report on the impact of PR activities, providing strategic insights for continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in public relations, with a strong record of success. Proven expertise in media relations, strategic communications, and crisis management. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of the media landscape and current communication trends, with a focus on on-site presence in Kimberley .
