The Upper Canada District School Board is seeking an Elementary teacher for a long-term occasional assignment with responsibilities in Primary and French as a Second Language instruction. Qualified candidates must have an OCT in good standing along with the required knowledge in Primary education. Special Education qualifications are an asset and will be taken into consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement teaching practices for Kindergarten and Grade 1
• Create engaging learning materials and activities
• Support diverse student needs and classroom behavior
• Work in partnership with fellow educators
• Document student progress and development
Requirements:
• Valid OCT in Positive Standing required
• Necessary qualifications in Primary and FSL
• Special Education credentials are an asset
• Provide references from current supervisors
• Criminal Record Check must be valid
