Schedule: in office 5 days a week.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 to 15:00 and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

- Manage employees in a unionized environment by working closely with the supervisor (ensure smooth day-to-day operations,



assign tasks, act as a resource person for the department, apply the rules of the collective agreement).
- Act as an agent of prevention and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
- Take charge and deploy strategies to reduce non-quality.
- Take charge of projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) allowing for the continuous improvement of the department.

The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods. Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of these checks and obtaining the required clearances. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of the employment offer.

What do you need to be successful?

- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- French language (advanced level: spoken and written)
- Currently pursuing studies in the field of Engineering,



Human Resources (HR) or Operations and Production Management (OPM)
- Mastery of basic office software (mainly: Excel, Outlook, One Note)

Assets

- Communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy, leadership, sense of priorities, initiative and diplomacy
- Experience in manufacturing, lean manufacturing, SAP software, experience in change management
