Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator, site supervisior to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining productive office operations, and providing exceptional customer support. The site supervisior will be responsible for manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, coordinate subcontractors and monitors project progress. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency with office software, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth workflow and positive interactions with clients and staff. This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team while utilizing your administrative expertise to support daily operations.DutiesManage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systemsPerform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooksSchedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for staff membersHandle filing systems, document proofreading, and ensure proper organization of office filesProvide customer service support via phone, email, and in personAssist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing,
billing, and basic financial record keepingSupport medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in and scheduling (if relevant)Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as neededEnsure adherence to office policies and procedures to promote a professional environmentQualificationsProven experience in office administration or clerical roles with robust organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooksExcellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detailStrong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilitiesExperience with multi-line phone systems and front desk managementKnowledge of bookkeeping, filing systems, proofreading, and administrative proceduresPrevious medical or dental office experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectivelyPay & LocationPay: $16.00-$20.00 per hourWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
