About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly analytical Digital Marketing Analyst to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, helping to optimize strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing channels, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize marketing data and performance trends.
- Identify key insights and trends from marketing data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define campaign goals, measurement strategies,



and reporting requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest analytics tools, techniques, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement.
