Key Responsibilities: • Oversee care coordination for residents • Facilitate effective shift reporting meetings • Maintain accurate resident health documentation • Expedite and implement physician orders • Report any processing difficulties to supervisors
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is essential • Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations • Must possess good standing provincial registration • Experience in elderly or long-term care contexts • Strong communication and teamwork skills
