Temporary Full-Time RPN (Maternity Leave 12‑18 Months)This position is a combined Charge RPN and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Coordinator (Back‑up) role to fill a maternity leave of 12‑18 months.ResponsibilitiesMedication administration, routine assessments, monitoring the care of the residents and the PSW workflowCommunicating regularly with the RAI Coordinator; Providing LTCF educationand computer application training to all RAI users; Generating LTCF reports and facilitating their use in clinical and operational decision‑making; Assisting RAI users to correctly code assessments and providing support for validation of coding; Ensuring MDS assessments, resident assessment protocols,
