As part of the Cabot collection, Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence - offering elevated accommodations, thoughtful service, and immersive guest experiences that complement the natural beauty and adventure of Revelstoke.Position Summary:The Bell Desk Captain supports the daily operations of the Bell Desk, overseeing luggage handling, valet services, ski and bike valet operations, and guest arrivals and departures to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience. This role assists in supervising the bell and valet team, coordinating daily operations, and working closely with Concierge, Front Office, and other departments to deliver efficient, personalized service. The Bell Desk Captain plays a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting team performance, and ensuring all guest interactions are handled professionally, safely, and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & ServiceDeliver exceptional, personalized guest service during arrivals, departures, and throughout the guest stayAssist guests with luggage handling,
valet parking, ski and bike storage, transportation arrangements, and resort orientationRespond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special service needsSupport VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and personalized guest experiences to ensure seamless service deliveryUphold and consistently execute Cabot's luxury hospitality standardsOperations & Department OversightSupport daily Bell Desk operations, including luggage services, valet operations, ski valet, and bike valet servicesCoordinate vehicle flow, luggage storage, equipment handling, and guest transportation logistics efficiently and safelyEnsure valet, storage, and guest service areas remain clean, organized, and operationally readyAssist in monitoring service quality, guest flow, and operational efficiency throughout all guest arrival and departure pointsCoordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth guest experiencesSupport the supervision, coaching, and development of Bell Desk and valet team membersAssist with onboarding and training related to guest service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectationsFoster a professional, guest-focused, and team-oriented work environmentReinforce adherence to company policies, safety procedures, driving standards, and luxury service expectationsAdministrative & ReportingComplete required reports, logs,
