Key Responsibilities: • Conduct emergency intakes for new residents • Monitor daily living activities and behavioural issues • Perform daily room cleanliness checks • Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss resident needs • Screen shelter visitors and manage common area use
Requirements: • Related social services diploma or equivalent experience • Understanding of social services in Toronto • Capability to handle difficult situations calmly • Initiative and teamwork orientation • Strong oral and written communication skills
