GrizzlyTrek Group is looking for experienced dozer operators for oil sands sites near Fort McMurray. In this position, you will work on a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule with a focus on earthworks and reclamation. Relevant certifications and verifiable heavy civil seat time are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate dozers to push material and maintain grades
• Construct and level pads, roads, and work areas
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Engage in safety meetings and hazard assessments




• Support reclamation practices on the site
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a dozer operator in oil sands or heavy civil
• Valid Class 5 license and transportation to pickup point
• Current CSO or CSTS-20, H2S Alive certifications
• Ability to work a rotational schedule in camp accommodations
• Transparent pre-access drug test for site entry
