Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly service and welcome members warmly
• Complete daily cleanliness and maintenance tasks
• Educate customers about memberships and fitness amenities
• Report any deficiencies and concerns promptly
• Assist in promoting black card amenities
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certified
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
