The Lumper / Warehouse Labourer will support warehouse and distribution operations by manually unloading shipments, moving product, palletizing freight, and preparing goods for storage or shipment.

This role is physically demanding and requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and comfortable performing repetitive lifting and manual labour in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.

Responsibilities:

Manually unload containers, trailers, and shipments

Lift, carry, and move products throughout the warehouse

Palletize, wrap, and stage goods for storage or shipment

Use pallet jacks or basic warehouse equipment as required

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area





Follow workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Support additional warehouse and general labour duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, lumping, general labour, or distribution experience considered an asset

Able to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout the shift

Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts

Able to work independently and as part of a team

CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
