Agnico Eagle is seeking a Talent Management and DEI Student Intern to support crucial HR initiatives within a global leader in mining. Enhance your administrative skills while contributing to diversity and talent development programs.This role reports to the Manager of Talent Management & DEI, where you will provide operational support, assisting with the Dr. Leanne Baker Scholarship and coordinating learning initiatives. Expect to interact with multiple stakeholders, execute key projects, and support various HR processes.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in annual HR processes and ad hoc requests- Support the Dr. Leanne Baker Scholarship Program- Coordinate learning and development initiatives rollout- Collaborate with stakeholders on crucial projects- Prepare training certificates and maintain recordsRequirements:- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field- Solid attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindsetContribute to meaningful change while gaining valuable experience in talent management and DEI at Agnico Eagle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
