Blue Mountain Resort is seeking passionate Certified Ski Instructors for the season. Work in a vibrant community that embraces inclusion while delivering engaging ski and snowboard lessons. You'll be responsible for lesson organization and current content, enhancing the skiing experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality ski lessons with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service throughout the day
• Greet guests upon their arrival at lesson locations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Participate in daily on-hill training sessions
Requirements:
• Must hold Level 1 C.A.S.I. or C.S.I.A. certification
• Previous instructing experience preferred
• Comfortable teaching small children
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• 18 years or older for a Vulnerable Sector Check
