Key Responsibilities: • Operate loaders, dozers, and other equipment for excavation • Check grades and assist with earthworks as needed • Manage site activities and lead the crew in the Superintendent’s absence • Participate in maintenance checks and inspections of machinery • Carry out winter activities, including snow clearing

Requirements: • Experienced on active commercial construction sites • Ability to read and interpret civil blueprints • Effective leadership skills for crew management • Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s Licence required • Clean driver’s abstract necessary
