Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement tailored activation programs

Requirements:
• Completion of a Recreation and Leisure Services diploma or degree
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in program planning for seniors
• Strong time management and independent working abilities
• Familiarity with the needs of cognitively impaired individuals
