About the Role

Our client is seeking a friendly and reliable Retail Store Associate to join their team in Kimberley. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance. Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product location and selection.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store services.
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.




- Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member for resolution.

Requirements

- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
