About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Retail Merchandising Manager to join their team remotely, driving the visual presentation and product strategy for their retail channels. You will be instrumental in ensuring that products are displayed attractively and logically, maximizing sales potential and enhancing the customer shopping experience. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the ability to translate brand vision into compelling in-store and online presentations. You will lead the merchandising efforts from a remote capacity, collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies that align with brand identity and sales goals.
- Plan and execute product placement, visual displays, and promotional setups across all retail formats.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to optimize product assortment and presentation.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of merchandising plans.




- Manage relationships with visual merchandising suppliers and ensure timely delivery of display materials.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines and training materials for store staff.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail merchandising , visual planning, or category management.
- Proven success in developing and executing effective merchandising strategies that drive sales.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer psychology, and visual presentation principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
