Review account scan results across Linux, Windows, AWS, and Azure environments, prioritizing local Windows and Linux accounts Partner with relevant teams to establish account ownership and determine last logon dates Coordinate clean-up of inactive or unnecessary accounts Review Oracle account scans and coordinate remediation of inactive, unnecessary, or non-human accounts Identify accounts that can be cleaned, locked, or proxied, including accounts with technical limitations such as Oracle SYS/SYSTEM Define mitigating controls such as account-use alerting Coordinate implementation of additional controls and assist application owners with opening risk exceptions Review newly published CMDB data, run deltas, and identify applications missing from the IAM inventory Communicate with application owners to identify human, non-human, and local accounts Review IAM controls including SSO, MFA, RBAC matrix documentation, and ServiceNow catalog, and identify gaps Assist application owners with remediation and risk exceptions Requirements

Solid understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain; extensive hands-on IAM experience is not required Solid self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive progress across multiple teams Willingness to engage stakeholders proactively,



ask clarifying questions, and take ownership of identifying next steps Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to process data, track progress, and facilitate collaboration across teams Previous experience as an IAM Business Analyst may be sufficient; candidates with broader IAM or technology backgrounds will also be considered, provided they have a strong understanding of IAM concepts and strong interpersonal and professional skills for a cross-functional environment Core Competencies

Demonstrates a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, with strong organizational and coordination skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
