We are seeking a Bilingual Documentation Specialist to join a leading Canadian financial institution. This role is responsible for supporting the account opening process, maintaining client documentation, and ensuring a seamless client experience through accurate documentation management and strong stakeholder communication. Candidates must be fluent in both English and French and have prior experience working within a Canadian banking environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end account opening process for banking clients.

Prepare, review, and maintain Treasury and Payment Solutions documentation.

Process entity lifecycle changes, including signatory updates, legal name changes, mergers, and address changes.





Update client information across internal systems while ensuring data accuracy.

Upload, organize, and maintain documentation in SharePoint in accordance with compliance requirements.

Provide professional support to clients via phone and email in both English and French.

Partner closely with internal sales teams and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure a positive client experience.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience working within a Canadian banking environment.

Fluent in both English and French, with robust verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in a client-facing banking role.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Treasury Management or Payment Solutions products.

Familiarity with SharePoint and document management processes
