Project Sentinel is a strategic, multi-year transformation program designed to centralize and automate risk management activities, improve portfolio performance, strengthen operational controls and enhance customer outcomes. We are seeking an experienced business leader to assume ownership of Project Sentinel and guide the program through its next phase of delivery. The successful candidate will lead business strategy, stakeholder management, requirements governance, operational design, change execution and advantages realization across a complex ecosystem of business and technology partners.



This role requires an individual who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and tactical levels, influence senior executives, translate complex business requirements into actionable outcomes, and drive execution across multiple delivery teams. Key Accountabilities Business Leadership & Strategy Act as the business lead and primary owner for the Sentinel transformation roadmap. Define and maintain the strategic vision, business case and target operating model for Sentinel.
