Key Responsibilities:
• Cook and prepare the full breakfast menu
• Produce dishes including Somali anjera and malawah
• Maintain safety and organization in the kitchen




• Deliver high-volume service without compromising quality
• Prepare North American breakfast items efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of qualified cooking experience
• Experience in a large-volume restaurant environment

• Ability to work both independently and during busy hours
