Key Responsibilities:



• Direct the development and execution of L&D; strategies • Manage and oversee L&D; budget planning and reporting • Foster team performance with solid coaching techniques • Ensure effective governance and decision frameworks • Build internal partnerships to identify learning priorities

Requirements: • 10+ years of leadership in L&D; and talent development • Experience in professional services and large-scale initiatives • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's in a relevant discipline preferred; CPA beneficial • Strong ability to build high-performance teams
