With a minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred, candidates should hold a certification in community health nursing. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in community settings • Assess patient needs and plan care delivery accordingly • Maintain compliance with nursing regulations and standards • Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately • Participate actively in team collaboration and health initiatives
Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba • CPR certification as per employer policy • Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license • Commitment to career development and Indigenous health practices
