the Manager, Revenue and Taxation/Deputy Treasurer is responsible for the Town’s taxation, assessment, development charges, revenue collection, reserves, and related financial administration functions. This position ensures legislative compliance, safeguards municipal revenues, supports long-term financial sustainability, and delivers efficient, customer-focused services that support the Town's operational and growth management objectives. The Manager provides leadership to the Tax and Revenue team and provides advice to senior management and Council on taxation, assessment, development finance, revenue management, and related policy matters. As Deputy Treasurer, the incumbent supports the Treasurer in carrying out statutory responsibilities under the Municipal Act and related legislation and assumes delegated responsibilities as required.
