OverviewWe are currently hiring for a Shunter for our client in Calgary, AB.Location: Calgary, ABWork days:Wednesday to Saturday.Start time:6 am.Job ResponsibilitiesMove and position trailers, containers, and trucks within the yard as directed.Perform regular yard checks to monitor trailer locations.Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and yard staff to ensure efficient flow of equipment.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of shunt trucks/trailers.Complete basic paperwork and maintain accurate records.Follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents or delays.Job RequirementsValid driver’s licensePrior experience of 2 years as a shunter is a requirement.Good backing skills are an asset.Strong knowledge of secure driving practices and yard operations.Documentation neededValid Driver's licenseAbstract (obtained within last 30 days)Criminal record check (obtained within the last 3 months)Pay rate - $24 per/hourPlease reach out to us on (phone hidden) or (phone hidden) for further details.#J-18808-Ljbffr
