About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join their team in Kimberley . This role will be instrumental in analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance across their Oil & Gas ventures. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and management teams to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making. Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational performance.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on operational performance and trends.




- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for operational activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry .
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
