Enjoy the freedom to take ownership of your work and drive meaningful results.- Leadership Development: Develop your skills through mentorship and career progression opportunities.Responsibilities- Support client engagements across industries and government sectors, contributing to project delivery, research, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, challenges, risks, and opportunities for clients.- Assist in developing strategies, operating models, process improvements, implementation plans, and transformation roadmaps.- Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling reports, presentations, briefing materials, and recommendations.- Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, working sessions, and client meetings to gather insights and support decision‑making.- Support project coordination activities, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, documenting meeting notes, and following up on action items.- Apply structured problem‑solving approaches to complex business, public sector, and operational challenges.- Collaborate with internal project teams to deliver high‑quality work that meets client expectations.- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through professionalism, curiosity, and strong communication.- Contribute to proposals, business development materials, internal initiatives, and practice growth activities.- Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR.Qualifications- 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, public sector, health care, policy, operations, strategy, transformation, project coordination, or business analysis.- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills,



with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished client‑facing materials.- Experience supporting projects, workplans, stakeholder engagement activities, or transformation initiatives.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.- Demonstrated interest in public sector, health care, broader public sector, government, or industry transformation.- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build positive working relationships.- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and willingness to contribute beyond assigned tasks.- Required Education: Related university degree in a business, health care, or public policy related field.- Preferred Education: Post‑Graduate degree, e.G., MPA or MPP, PMP, CPA, or additional professional designation.CompensationSalary range: $65,000‑80,000 CAD. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience and is subject to negotiation and meeting the specific requirements of the role.
