What you will do

Administer and support the governance of executive and broad-based compensation programs, including incentive plans

Conduct market research and develop benchmarking analyses/reports to inform compensation decisions and stakeholder insights

Partner with HR partners and internal stakeholders to provide data, analysis, and recommendations for compensation-related matters

Support the annual compensation cycle, including data validation, modelling, system readiness, communications, and HR partner support

Compile, validate and maintain compensation data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting tools

Support the development of compensation program documents, policies, and presentations

Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance compensation analysis, reporting, and process efficiency

Monitor emerging compensation, regulatory and governance trends and contribute to other initiatives as required as part of broader compensation and HR strategies

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, data analysis, or related roles

Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience interpreting data and translating findings into meaningful insights

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with proven ability to build analytical models; strong proficiency with Word and PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills





Demonstrated ability to take initiative and consistently exhibit excellent attention to detail

Demonstrated integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information

The base salary for this position is between $62,700 - $112,600

annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
