They will define the goals, frameworks, and live service playbook that clarify why players engage with the game and translate player motivation into durable business outcomes with partners.Key responsibilities include:Set the strategic vision and operating model for our Seasonal and Ages Structure, defining player experience goals and outcomes that drive long term retention and monetizationEstablish success frameworks, analytics, and hypothesis driven content and events that translate player behavior insights into measurable business impactProvide clarity through playbooks and planning ahead, aligning cross functional stakeholders of execution priorities and goalsDefine and evolve the long term content and events roadmap,
