Elevate emergency training with Heart & Stroke as a Regional Resuscitation Program Specialist. This fully remote 12-month role focuses on enhancing stakeholder engagement and program delivery across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
In this crucial role, you will report to the Resuscitation Program Manager and leverage your expertise to strengthen relationships with instructors and training organizations. You will oversee program quality and compliance, ensuring Heart & Stroke is the leading choice for resuscitation training. Utilize data-driven insights to facilitate high-quality educational experiences within the network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain effective relationships with regional partners • Ensure adherence to resuscitation program standards and guidelines • Monitor and resolve program quality issues proactively • Utilize data and insights for informed decision-making • Coordinate regional implementation of resuscitation initiatives
Requirements: • Degree in business, health science, or related field • 3+ years in project management or relationship management • Heart & Stroke Instructor certification preferred • Robust communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of healthcare systems is an asset
