In this full time role, you will lead participant-centered Learning Labs, helping individuals identify strengths and plan for their futures. By facilitating job shadows and workplace simulations, you'll provide essential skills and guidance to enhance independence in day-to-day life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate participant-centred Learning Labs and workshops
• Help identify individual strengths and career goals




• Organize hands-on workplace tours and simulations
