Key Responsibilities:
• Manage completion of Letters of Credit and guarantees
• Support escalations related to trade finance operations
• Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators for service quality




• Foster strong relationships with various RBC departments
• Track client impact errors and conduct root cause analysis
Requirements:
• 1+ years in import/export documents checking
• Knowledge of SWIFT payment and L/C message types
• Familiarity with ICC rules (UCP 600, ISP98)
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in technical documentation
