You will work within our Housing Division, applying trauma-informed approaches and facilitating life skills development. Flexibility in scheduling and strong interpersonal skills are essential, especially for crisis intervention and ensuring a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide direct support and mentorship to youth in housing programs • Maintain accurate documentation and client files • Utilize crisis intervention techniques effectively • Facilitate life skills and recreational programming • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners

Requirements: • Experience with youth aged 16-24 • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and insurance • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to adapt to schedule changes • Intermediate computer skills, HIFIS experience an asset
