This role works closely with other leaders to ensure compliance with Fairmont luxury standards and to deliver an exceptional guest experience at every stage of the stay. Reporting to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager plays a key role in leadership coordination, financial performance, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
