Compensation: Base + Commission

Approximate OTE in year 1: $75,000 - $90,000

Approximate OTE in year 2: $90,000 - $105,000

Approximate OTE in year 3: $110,000 - $130,000

Approximate OTE in year 4: $150,000+

Overview:

As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will:
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Screen and interview qualified candidates
Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
Assist clients in defining the hiring criteria for their open roles
Act as a human-resources point of contact to your contractors during their assignment




Update CRM & ATS systems as required
Attend networking events

Must Have Qualifications:
Must have previous customer service or sales experience.
Must have polished communication & presentation skills.
Must be able to learn recent softwares and programs quickly.
Must be able to think critically and troubleshoot problems independently.

Like To Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - BCOM or Accounting-focus is preferred.
Previous B2B sales experience.
