About the Role

Our client, a premier automotive dealership in Kimberley , is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Automotive Sales Consultant to join their successful sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process with a focus on premium brands. You will leverage your expertise to build strong customer relationships, exceed sales targets, and provide an exceptional buying experience. The hybrid aspect of this role may involve showroom presence combined with remote follow-up and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers, build rapport, and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and perks, tailoring the pitch to individual customer needs.
- Negotiate sales terms and pricing to close deals effectively and meet sales targets.




- Maintain a customer database and follow up with leads and past customers to foster repeat business.
- Stay knowledgeable about current vehicle models, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Proven track record in automotive sales, with at least 4 years of experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and the sales process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
