Identity and Messaging, this position provides a technical role in leading the planning, design, deployment and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based services that spans across Identity and Access Management (IAM). These technologies and services are critical to the ongoing operation of the University IT infrastructure and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The nature of the job requires the incumbent to work quickly and efficiently in high stress situations where errors can result in a high community impact. The job also requires some work to be performed outside normal business hours. The position works 35 hours per week. The position requires working closely with IT staff as well as other University stakeholders. The position is required to represent and advocate on behalf of stakeholders in Research, Teaching and Learning, and Administration when dealing with outside vendors and suppliers. The position is expected to run and manage technical projects. The position is subject to high stress as it requires balancing multiple priorities, and the impact of error can be campus-wide.
