Key Responsibilities:



• Support year-end performance evaluations and compensation reviews • Track Hudbay's standing on TSM EDI protocol and recommend improvements • Coordinate EDI speaker series logistics and support corporate events • Draft internal communications celebrating diversity and culture • Maintain HRIS and manage digital employee personnel files

Requirements: • 3-5 years in HR generalist or specialist role • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or equivalent • Proven experience in onboarding and culture communications • Knowledge of Ontario employment law and HR policies • Solid organizational skills for event execution
