This hybrid role offers the chance to lead enterprise SAP solution strategy, sustainment, and modernization initiatives within a large and complex organization.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior ERP – SAP Solution Manager to provide functional, technical, and architectural leadership across enterprise SAP initiatives. The successful candidate will support both ongoing SAP operations and major transformation projects while ensuring scalable, secure, and supportable solutions. This role requires extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP integrations, enterprise architecture, IT service management, and stakeholder collaboration within complex organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP solution design, architecture, implementation,



and sustainment activities across multiple enterprise applications.Provide technical and functional leadership for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Concur, Workforce Software, and enterprise integrations.Design and oversee API, middleware, and cloud integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).Support ERP modernization initiatives through solution assurance, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover planning, and post-implementation support.Establish and improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes aligned with ITIL best practices, including incident, change, problem, and release management.Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and secure SAP solutions.Guide governance, cybersecurity, identity and access management, audit compliance, and operational readiness across the SAP ecosystem.Drive continuous improvement through governance frameworks, KPIs, documentation, knowledge
