Key Responsibilities:
• Lead departmental oversight and mentor Radiation Therapists
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality assurance measures




• Communicate and engage effectively within the multidisciplinary team
• Manage and update treatment protocols and policies
• Participate actively in change management projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy, Master’s preferred
• Registered with CMRITO
• 5+ years related professional experience
• 2+ years in formal leadership
• Robust judgment and problem-solving skills
