Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide nursing staff in patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care
• Handle admissions, transfers, and patient flow
• Manage departmental supplies and operational efficiency
• Provide hands-on patient care when necessary

Requirements:
• RN qualification with current Yukon registration
• At least three years of relevant acute care experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills
• Proficient in electronic health record management
