We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with varied skills including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC adjustments. The position requires completion of routine maintenance tasks, minor appliance repairs, and performing safety checks. As work is in office only, applicants must be prepared to address maintenance needs directly at the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance
• Perform minor appliance repairs to ensure functionality




• Conduct safety and security checks throughout the facility
• Complete additional routine maintenance tasks such as painting

Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Experience from 1 to less than 7 months in maintenance
• Ability to work on-site with no remote option
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance needs
