Wage: $37.00 per hour (35 hours per week – full time position)

Location of Work:
Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area and Province of Ontario

Job Description:

- Formwork used in concrete construction
- Construction of temporary wooden structures and supports
- Build foundations and install shoring
- Determine specifications and calculate requiments
- Build and erect panels, gang or flying form systems for high-rise concrete decks, walls, and columns.
- Read blueprints and measure layouts to ensure structures are level and plumb.
- Cut, fit, and secure plywood, lumber, or steel components using hand and power tools.
- Strip, clean, and stack forms safely after concrete pours.
- Maintain a clean and safe work zone on high-elevation decks
- Assist with the preparation of layouts
- Operate power tools

Job Requirements:

- 2-3 years of construction experience in form carpentry
- Capable of observing all health and safety codes
